6.6L Duramax Diesel Engine LML
This is the current version of the Duramax 6600 Diesel. It takes the knowledge gained with the LMM design a step further in the quest for ever lower emissions. The LML incorporates 29,000 PSI piezo fuel injectors and a complete hardening of fuel system components to allow the use of up to 20% biodiesel fuel mixtures. Additionally, a 5.3 gallon urea tank is used for the injection of urea to reduce nitrogen oxides. The strongest Duramax 6600 to date, the LML produces 397 bhp @ 3000 RPM and 765 lb ft torque @ 1600 RPM
